Job profile – Talent Manager

Talent Managers are responsible for the delivery of a successful and forward thinking HR and Talent strategy. This could involve developing recruitment models, managing the recruitment processes end-to-end, from headhunting to onboarding, managing a Talent Coordinator, consistently keeping a pool of candidates open to ensure an efficient recruitment process, and attending industry relevant networking events. Moreover, you could also be playing an integral part in the managing and developing of partnerships with external recruitment agencies to make sure there is a consistent delivery of, and access to, highly qualified candidates for your company.

Requirements for being a successful Talent Manager

This is a highly demanding role which would require several years of experience within HR and Recruiting and where the end result revolves around delivering the highest-performing workforce possible. You should be a highly proactive and capable individual who is organised, highly-driven and able to deliver results when it matters. You should also be a good team player and a strong communicator in order to coordinate HR and Talent strategy and manage across departments.
